I was thinking the same thing watching sync diving, not just the US but everyone in favor of the chinks.

I'm liken the olympics so far

I do have to give the Chinese fans credit. They are loud and into the events.

Same here. If it were the two US divers diving, you knew before hand the Russian judge, the Czech judge, and who ever the other one listed on the left side of the screen was, wasn't going to give those gals anything over a 7.5. Those three would be 7.0, 7.0, and 7.5 then the other 4-5 scores would be 8.0, 8.5, 8.5, 9.0. How do you get that much of a difference?

I've watched fencing, swimming, diving, rowing, cycling, basketball, mens and womens volleyball indoor and outdoor. The topper was that 4x100 relay last night though. There isn't much that makes me miss The Venture Bros. but I couldn't turn it last night. It looked like those French Frog Bastards were sucking lemons on the medal stage. I loved it.

I caught myself clinching my fist as Katie Hoff was making an awesome run in the 400m swim only to come in second at the very last moment.

when does track and field start? is there somewhere I can look to find a schedule of the events?

I am not sure of the schedule but the 100 is Saturday night. I hope I am near a TV during that race.

Remarked to my wife that you could just see the disgust in their faces standing their. Like they would have just as soon finished last as to lose like that to the Americans.
